Mike Mefferd
Broker/Owner/CFO
Mike graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing in 2006 and received his Masters Degree from the University of Dayton in 2013. Mike spent the first 10 years of his career at Speedway LLC, holding various Operations and Financial Management Positions. In 2016 he joined Adrian Steel where he worked as a Regional and National Sales Manager before purchasing a Property Management Company in 2020. Mike has been investing in Real Estate since 2010 and has a tremendous passion to teach Financial Management and Real Estate Investment Strategy to others. In his free time, Mike loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and three amazing kids, while cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Jason Brower
Owner / COO
Jason is a Dayton area native and attended the University of Dayton. Jason was part of a family-owned business in the Dayton-Cincinnati area whose specialty was the distribution and manufacturing of building materials such as cabinetry, countertops, siding, lumber, doors, and windows. Jason has always had a focus on the sales and sales management side of the business. Most recently he worked as a cabinet representative for a national corporation. Jason started investing in real Estate in 2016 before obtaining his Real Estate License in 2019. He purchased a property management company in 2020 with Mike as his business partner. Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and watching The Browns, the Ohio State and the Flyers in his spare time.

She has been in property management for the past 2 years and has been in a maintenance scheduling role for 5+ years. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her 2 grandchildren, husband, and family.

Graduating from Wright State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 2005, Stephanie spent the first 17 years of her career working at local Credit Unions holding various Accounting and Operations positions before coming to Bridgestream. In her free time, Stephanie loves to spend time with her husband and their 20 nieces and nephews. Stephanie and her husband love cheering on the Bengals, the Reds, and Ohio State.
