Important
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
Release of Key
I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.

Toilet & Plumbing
Toilet Clogs:
Clogs are a common occurrence in household toilets. You can typically clear a clog using a plunger. Simply press your plunger into place over the drain and move the plunger handle up and down to clear the pipe.Shower and Sink Clogs:
Showers and sinks can often be unclogged with a plunger, too. Please do not use drain cleaning chemicals which could cause damage to the pipes. -
No Electrical Power
If you have no electrical power in your rental, call your utility provider to troubleshoot the problem. There may be outages in your area or billing issues at fault. -
No Hot Water
If you don't have any hot water in your unit, locate your water heater and verify that the settings on the tank are accurate. If you make any changes, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing that the tank is heating properly.
If the water heater is gas-powered, verify that the pilot light is lit.

HVAC Problems
If your heat or air conditioning isn't working properly, locate the central thermostat in your home and verify that all settings are accurate. You may be able to cycle the system off and back on again to restore the system defaults.
