By signing up for our Premium Plan or the Owner Benefit Package, we will guarantee rent for 3 months should your tenant need to be evicted, skips, or doesn’t fulfill the terms of their lease. We will also cover up to $5,000 towards eviction costs and the costs to change the locks.
